You will have your own 10X10 room with a private bath. It is currently furnished with a queen size bed and two bureaus. It also has black-out curtains and a tv mounted on the wall that is cable-ready. The newly remodeled home is 1574 sq ft with a front and back yard. New landscape has been installed, along with fresh paint inside and out. You will share my home with me and my 6yr old Collie mix. She is very very sweet but easily excitable. I hope to find someone who is accustomed to dogs and is not too timid to tell her commands. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with children playing in the street. There are several parks nearby, restaurants, public transportation, freeways, Sierra College and many other places to visit within a short distance. You will be able to park in the driveway and have some storage room. I also have the other bedroom available (10X10) if you choose to pay an additional $600/mo.
