Think of this space as a large waterside hotel suite with private entrance and no interior shared space. There are two quiet neighbors on the upstairs units, so be respectful with noise levels.
Due to the proximity to the river, cell service is extremely limited. Unit has air conditioning and central heating throughout the building, let us know if you are needing additional space heaters.
