Retired homeowner looking for roommate, Loves the outdoors, hunting, fishing. 1 room available located in the Mountain Shadows subdivision. Quiet area with plenty of gorgeous views. Room is furnished with a bed, dresser and end table. All utilities included in the rental amount even WiFi! The new roommate will have access to the common areas of the home. The living room,bathroom, kitchen, laundry room, 1 spot available in the 2 car garage and a beautiful yard with front and back fire pits. Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay a year, a non smoker. Looking for someone who enjoys, hunting fishing and traveling. Owner does have a Labrador. No Pets and other conditions may apply.
