*Resident Manager Position Only* We are looking for an on-site Resident Manager to serve the Nolensville area. This includes responding to maintenance requests within a 24-hour time period, property walks, and upkeep of the 28-unit townhome community. This is a part-time position that includes a steep discount in rent in the desirable Williamson County school district. Must have some plumbing, electrical and appliance experience.
