We have an apartment available. one bed/one bath. 576 sq ft. Move-in special:50% first month of rent.

The fees and requirements are:
1. $75 application fee per person
2 $1,100 Rent
3. $1,100 refundable security deposit.
4. 2 person maximum occupancy. Children not included.
5. copy of last four paystubs, copy of SS card and ID.
6. Minimum monthly income required:$3,050. If we are not able to verify your income we can not accept your application.
7. No previous evictions and no criminal records.
8. Washer/dryer inside the unit, pest control and garbage included with the rent.
9. Pets: one pet per unit up to 50 lbs allowed. Must provide up to date vet records and rabies tag. Pet fees:$325 non refundable pet fee and $25 monthly rent.
