Thank you for your interest in Oak Hill Land & Realty Duplexes! Our community is under new ownership and is excited about upcoming changes. We are currently in the process of complete remodels which includes central air, new siding/windows, electric,plumbing, brand new bathrooms, scratch resistant laminate flooring, LED lighting and new paint throughout. Each unit has a large yard and garage.

* Pets are accepted with an additional $100 Non refundable pet fee as well as $25 per month per pet.
* Tenant is responsible for all utilities through City of Sergeant Bluff
* Tenant is responsible for purchase/upkeep of their own appliances. We may have some for rent or purchase at the office, inquire during appointment for current availability

2 Bed/1 Bath $875/month + $875 Deposit (a couple units open in February)

3 Bed/1 Bath $950/month + $950 Deposit (have immediate openings)

3 Bed/2 Bath $1000/month + $1000 Deposit (units open in March)

4 Bed/2 Bath with basement $1300/month + $1300 Deposit (openings end of Jan/February)
