For your privacy and safety, your bedroom and the front door have keypad deadbolt locks with secure codes for entry. For your comfort your room has a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, dresser, nightstand, sitting area with recliner chair, foldable desk and double door closet.

The house has a fully equipped updated Kitchen with stove, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and coffee bar. Laundry on-site. We also let you customize your room with a menu of options of what you want/need vs what you don't. We provide weekly cleanings of shared areas and restock of the coffee bar.

Quiet family oriented safe neighborhood. Great area to walk/jog. Close to shopping and restaurants, including the new Tanger Outlets. Close proximity to interstate 24 and 65. Home is less than 20 minutes from BNA and the wider Nashville area.
