*Reduced* Summer Sublet at The Retreat State College (May through July)

Hello, one bedroom with attached bathroom available at The Retreat (Magnolia floorplan, see attached picture - more info at https://www.retreatstatecollege.com/). Furnished with queen size bed and desk. Parking spot included.

This is the sole lower level bedroom in the apartment unit, adjacent to laundry, kitchen, and living room. There are four other bedrooms, all but one of the other tenants will be away the entire summer and not subletting their rooms. The other will only be there intermittently. Male or female welcome.

Rent is $985/month and utilities also must be paid (electric/gas which is not very high during the summer). We will make a one-time payment of $330 to the interested party to result in a discounted rent of $875/mth.

Unit available as early as May 5. **Lease ends July 31.**

Next steps after confirming interest: interested party must contact the rental office to apply for occupancy, then a transfer agreement is signed by both parties. I'll help facilitate all this.

*Pets are allowed but an additional $25 pet rent fee would be required, and possibly a one time pet fee.
