House is located on the edge of a working sheep farm, so there will be pastoral activity adjacent to the house. 28 acres partially wooded, with plenty of space for hiking and gardening.

One hour drive from Madison and 25 minutes from Dodgeville.

Tenant responsible for heat, electric and internet.
Landlord provides snow & trash removal, septic and well water.
One car parking spot per adult tenant; boats, trailers, RV's, or similar vehicles by permission only.

Up to two pets (dogs or cats) are permitted with a non-refundable $200 pet fee. There is a $1600 security deposit as well as a $400 propane deposit. Propane will be full at occupancy & must be refilled at end of lease.
