Quiet room for rent in Anaheim

Hi!
I have a room for rent in a 3 bed 2 bath condo. The other 2 rooms are currently occupied. Rent is $900/month. Utilities consist of electricity and gas, which is split 3 ways between the other housemates. Usually this ends up being around $30 depending on usage. Bathroom will be shared with just 1 other person.

Looking for a male renter who is clean, responsible, considerate, and quiet.
Should be a young professional with a full time stable job or a graduate student. Single renter only (no couples or children).
No smoking, alcohol or drugs. No overnight guests or partying.
Preferably limited kitchen use. The living room and dining area is open to use.

There will be a background check.
Credit score of 670 or higher required.

$30 parking permit is available (non-refundable), otherwise there is street parking.
