2br, 1bath house with Covered front and back porches with steel security doors. It has a partially fenced yard and generous storage space in the attic. House also has washer/dryer hook-ups and a private driveway for off and on street parking.

We pay for: Water, sewer/septic, garbage, and landscaping.

You must pay the electric bill and have the bill transferred into your name (or $500 utility deposit).

Very quiet, serene, family neighborhood. Recently remodeled.

There is a shed available for storage for an extra fee.

I also own the duplex in the back of the property. Those tenants are long-standing, quiet and very respectful- you should be too.
