The kitchen comes with appliances and in unit laundry, but residents are welcome to bring in their own if preferable.

Our location is close to East Bidwell with shopping, laundry, bike trails, City Park, Library, Folsom Zoo, Schools, City Hall and close to Sutter Street (old historical Folsom) with bars, restaurants, nightlife, train lines and more. Hwy 50 is only 10 or so minutes away.

Packages and deliveries are welcome to the house, but residents are asked to have their mail delivered to a PO box to avoid confusion with the front house. Utilities are $150 monthly to be paid in addition to monthly rent (not including wifi). Maximum of 2 cars allowed in parking space. Washer and Dryer in unit will not be maintained or replaced by landlord. Tenant to replace air filters every 90 days.
