A 5-10 minute walk to charming downtown Larkspur with shops, restaurants, public tennis courts, and bike paths in all directions (to Mt. Tam, the Village, gyms, and much more). An easy 30-minute commute to SF via car, bus, or Larkspur Ferry. Enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi, kayaking, or paddleboarding in the clean lagoon. Includes wireless internet, cable, and all utilities, as well as occasional use of a bike, kayak, ping-pong table, and more. A 3-month minimum stay may be extended to lease if compatible.
