Leverett Laundrette and restaurant are located across the street, Harps Supermarket and Walmart On Campus are located 10 minutes away from the house on foot.

Private entrance through secured fence gate.

Showings are available without charge, and there's no application fee, but you'll need to answer the pre-showing questions before it seeing it.

No utilities included. They should run about $150 a month plus gas for the oven range.
