Utilities included. The roommate would have access to the furnished and equipped home (kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard, etc.).

We are looking for a working professional. This is a quiet, professional living setting, so parties, large group events, excessive alcohol, drug use, or anything else that does not support a peaceful, safe living environment for everyone is not tolerated.
