Private room with shared bathroom

This is an unfurnished bedroom in the upstairs portion of a shared house, available to rent starting December 21st. We are looking for one individual to rent the room. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Three other tenants live in this part of the house. The bathroom is shared with one other tenant. The kitchen has all new appliances, and there is washer/dryer. The owners live in the separate unit downstairs and have one friendly cat, but no other pets are allowed.

Rent is $800 per month, with a $800 security deposit. Utilities are included. Rent and deposit can be paid online or check. Lease is 12 months. Renter's insurance is required.
