This is a small room with a large private balcony that comes with a comfortable Twin bed and an in-room connected TV.

Convenient to all public transportation, as there is a metro stop less than a mile away and a bus stop right out the front door that will take you straight there. There are two off-street parking spots potentially available for extra charge, inquire if interested. Otherwise street parking right out front is available, but honestly a car is not necessary in the city!

Unit is fully furnished and all utilities are covered. Blazing fast internet for streaming, but no traditional cable TV.
