The condo unit also includes access to a full kitchen, dining room, fully furnished living room, and a furnished/covered cozy outdoor patio. Onsite parking is available. Swimming pools, spas, clubhouse with a gym, and tennis courts are all within a short walking distance.

All utilities are included: Wi-Fi, water, electric, laundry unit, & central air (A/C and heating). A cleaning service will also be provided once a month to clean the entire unit. The move in terms is $1400 first month rent and $1400 refundable security deposit. Minimum 6 months rental agreement.
