The owner occupies the top floor while the 2nd story of approximately 2200+ square feet is rented by the room to professional executives. This is an executive suite (private bathroom in the room) with an oversized walk-in closet, hangers & all essentials including linens/towels. Rooms share a common area which includes the kitchen, stocked with all the essentials and has 2 refrigerators, gourmet cookware and dishes. There is a washer/dryer, private off-road parking and security cameras. If you enjoy gardening, planter boxes are available with a few things planted already. Keyed entry allows locking from both the inside and outside for privacy. The split heat system allows each room individual temperature control. There is private off-road parking and security cameras. WI-FI & utilities provided.
