I'm transferring to another university for the spring semester. You'll be taking over the lease which ends 07/25/2025. Rent is $470 and insurance is $15 for a total of $485. The utilities are around $60/month/person. You're only responsible for your room and utilities. It won't affect you if your roommates don't pay their rent and utilities. Currently, there are 3 male engineers ages 20-21 living in the unit. These units are mixed-sex, you don't have to be a male to reside in this unit.
Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven/stove, microwave.
Washer and dryer in the kitchen as well.
Only 4 min drive or 9 min biking to the heart of Auburn University. See pictures for details. The available unit is highlighted in green.
The room will come with a wall mounted tv and a small fridge on top of the standard furniture- desk, chair, bed, mattress, drawers.
