All utilities are included, plus a bi-weekly cleaning service. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, bakeware, small appliances, etc. The living room has a couch and 50 inch smart tv. Each bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed, bedding, and towels and has its own secure lock. There's ample on and off street parking. A background and credit check will be conducted on each tenant. This is a short term, month to month rental. It can be leased out for as little as a few weeks, or as long as 12 months. Perfect for students, traveling nurses, temporary INL workers, or anyone that needs a place for a few months and doesn't want to furnish an apartment. Absolutely no pets, smoking, vaping, etc.
