Private Room in single family residence

Beautiful private home situated close to shopping and easy access to Boise, Meridian, and Eagle. This is a large single family home that will be used by no more than 4 occupants. Each person will have their own room, but two will share one bathroom and the other two will share the second bathroom. A third half bath is on the main floor. Kitchen will also be shared, and there are two separate living rooms that can be configured how the residents like. Yard is fenced and the community if full of bike/walking paths and several parks. No married couples or children as this house will be managed by our family member who will be living in the home also. Storage available in garage on an assigned basis. Must be ok with Dog - we have one Golden Retriever who lives at the home with one of the residents. No other pets allowed.
