This is an unfurnished bedroom with a private entrance in the downstairs portion of a shared house, available to rent immediately, pending showing and application. We are looking for one individual to rent the room. NO PETS ALLOWED.

The downstairs is shared with two other tenants, and includes a kitchen, bathroom and laundry. The kitchen has all new appliances, and there is washer/dryer.

Rent is $900 per month, with a $900 security deposit. Utilities are included. Rent and deposit can be paid online or check. Lease is 6 months. Renter's insurance is required. There is also an option to add renting the 1 car garage for $100 per month.
