There's a full Rogue gym built in the home! Theres 3 balconies & 2 living rooms with a TV in each so there's plenty of entertainment & space for everyone.

We have a a sweet Persian cat & an English bulldog.

This room is for one guest only, unless otherwise talked about.
This room is completely furnished & has your own private bathroom with a tub.

My husband & I have owned the home for the last 6 years. He's in the military/law enforcement & I'm a life insurance broker/financial advisor. He's gone for work so I'm looking for a female renter only. I'm super active so I'm always out & about doing something.

We keep our home clean & ask that you do the same.
You're more than welcome to use what we have, just be respectful is all we ask. We take care of all utilities (water, trash, wifi, gas, electricity, etc) so rent is truly just one "price".
