A 5-10 minute walk to charming downtown Larkspur with shops, restaurants, public tennis courts, and bike paths in all directions (to Mt. Tam, the Village, gyms, and much more). An easy 30-minute commute to SF via car, bus, or Larkspur Ferry. Space is ideal for a busy, employed person seeking a respite from the excitement of city life. Enjoy relaxing in the jacuzzi, kayaking, or paddleboarding in the clean lagoon. Includes your own large-screen TV, wireless internet, cable, and all utilities, as well as occasional use of a bike, kayak, ping-pong table, and more. A 2-month minimum stay may be extended to lease if compatible. One month non-refundable security deposit. We are quiet, respectful, and healthy and seek a kindred spirit with humor!
