Furnished Private Room on 2nd floor of home with private bathroom. Room is at the end of the hall. Will have keyless entry on move in. Guest Wifi available which is included in rent. Kitchen, laundry room, upstairs living area accessible. Must clean after yourself. Cable available now, but may not be in the future. Cable box/remote provided for extra $25/month. Furniture can be removed if you don't need it. No discount given if you don't need the furniture. There is a microwave/minifridge cabinet, not pictured. Appliances not included. Smoking outside only. Vaping can be discussed. No drugs. No overnight guests. No parties, no drama. Owners reside downstairs in master suite and will be there on occasion. There is an American Bulldog that stays outside, but will not always be there. The dog is very friendly. He can be placed in the kennel while you are outside if you prefer not to be bothered with him. He wears a bark collar. Background check/income verification will be completed.
