The public areas of the home are furnished, but your bedroom is not. Utilities, lawncare and snow removal are included. Check the photos for a cost comparison to other nearby one bedroom living situations. Sharing a home with others cuts the cost of living dramatically, while adding security of others around home the majority of the time. Quiet neighborhood with long time neighbors across from a school. Landlord does not live in the home currently, but did for over 18 years.
