Single room for rent on the west side of Tucson, looking for 3rd female roommate.
Move in date April 1!

This private room is in a fully furnished home with two female roommates currently living there. We are looking for a third female roommate who is preferably a student or working professional. Utilities of the home are equally divided by all roommates. Garage parking is available at additional price.

Washer dryer included as well as a large amount of storage space in the kitchen and hall closet! The room fan has been recently upgraded to have a dimming light and remote controlled fan to help keep you cool and save money on utilities.

The house is located 15 minutes away from UofA, 5 minutes from grocery stores and only 20 minutes from University, 4th street and Congress!
