You will share the home with 2 professional females, one of whom is the homeowner who works from home. Open floor plan, security alarm, landscaped yard that is taken care of. I have a dog that has access in and out of the house. Ethernet jack in room, wi-fi throughout house. You will share a bathroom. Other roommate is retired professional female.

$1025 for rent and utilities (electric, water, gas, internet). Absolutely no pets, no exceptions. No smoking/vaping, no drugs, no candles/incense. AC is extra.

Not a party house. Perfect if you are CLEAN, respectful, and desire a quiet place to relax at the end of a long day.

Background and credit check required, $400 deposit with first month's rent. 6 mon lease, can discuss other terms but no less than 1 month. Serious inquiries, must arrange appointment to come see.
