All utilities and a monthly cleaning service for the common areas are included. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, bakeware, small appliances, etc. The living room has a couch and 50-inch tv. Each bedroom is furnished with a full-sized bed, bedding, and towels and has its own secure lock. There will be a background and credit check on each tenant. This is a short-term rental. It can be leased out for as little as 3 months, or as long as 12 months. Absolutely no pets.
