Private one bedroom in 2BR condo in downtown. Walking distance to all the good restaurants, grocery store, and bus stops! Building has a ton of great amenities as shown in the pictures. 24hr security/front desk, pool, jacuzzi, gym, basketball court, tennis court, bowling alley, golf stalls, pool table, BBQ, etc. Washer/dryer in unit. No parking but spots are usually available to rent from the building. Bedroom is not furnished, but can furnish if needed. Everything else is furnished. Central AC. Cable and internet included. Electric not included, so we'll split. Must have a full time job. Proof of income required.
