I'm renting out two of my spare bedrooms for $800 each room per month. Deposit is $400 for each room.

The location is 3 minutes away from I-10, 8 minutes away from Our Lady of the Lake RMC, 4 minutes away from Baton Rouge General hospital, and minutes away from grocery stores and restaurants. Located in the Jefferson Terrace and Inniswold neighborhood. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Include access to the living room, full bathroom (only shower is shared with other tenant), full kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, front patio with swing, and backyard. The bedroom is furnished and has a built-in closet. No carpets anywhere. Walking distance to a BREC park. Ample parking space.

I'm looking to rent out these bedrooms to individuals who like a clean house, who are honest, no drama, can get along with others, like pets, and no nonsense. Must provide references and must provide a clean/clear background check. Deposit and first month's rent due on move-in date.
