Our back yard is fenced in and we live in a very nice neighborhood (even has walking trails down the street)!

We all get along and have been renting out a room for a while now and never have any issues since we are all very chill!

This is a close to new house in a beautiful neighborhood with an amazing view of the valley and mountains. We are perfectly situated in between Spokane Valley and Downtown Spokane with easy access. There are trails nearby and walking around in this huge neighborhood is a plus. The neighborhood is quiet and close to restaurants and other activities to enjoy in Spokane.
