This studio is ~400 square feet which is great for one person but squeezed for anything more (other than as intermittent guest, etc). Need to walk up the driveway from street though fine to drive up when moving in/out, with groceries, purchases, or with visitors who do not walk well. The front door has 2 steps to enter.
