This is a boarding house, meaning, the tenant rents a room rather than the whole house. Tenant or tenants will be sharing the bathroom, living room, kitchen, and dining room.

This boarding house is only for University Students, full-time employees, or anyone who plans to stay at least 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months term, and/or other renting terms that are both agreed upon by the landlord and upcoming tenant.
