It has a large private backyard. The master bedroom is large and spacious enough for a king size bed and dresser set. The second bedroom can fit a queen bed and has plenty of closet space. The 3rd bedroom can fit a queen bed and also has a closet. The main bathroom is a full size bathroom and has a tub/shower. The second bathroom is a small bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower and is next to the laundry area. The home has central air and heating a separate a/c unit just for the game room. Included is a newer washer and dryer. The garage also has room to park a car or suv or can be a place for storage. The home is on a corner lot and the driveway is the shape of a small "h" for plenty of parking. Pets must be approved in writing and are $25 additional a month. Rent should be 1/3 of income.
