Additional amenities include the units on a quiet cul-de-sac, driveway parking, nearby freeway access, and next to the Three Rivers Trail system. The property has a smoke-free and drug-free policy. Pet policy depends on size, number, behavior, and history. The rental cost is $1,100 per month (electricity, heat, water, A/C, and trash included). Plus, a portion of NG bill if fireplace use exceeds limit. The damage deposit is $1,100. Also required is a completed application, renters' insurance, and a signed lease.
