Private Bedroom with bath

We are looking for a renter (1) who is interested in a basement space with a Private Bedroom, bath, other amenities, and off-street parking (1-space).

A Renter (1) who is fully gainfully employed, or a student: clean, sober, responsible, and mindful of other house occupants. Absolutely no criminal record or current criminal activity.

The space has its own separate outside downstairs entry and is partially furnished with a 1-queen bed, dresser, closet.
The owner will require credit and background checks which cost $45 (paid when you submit your application). Please do not contact me if you are unwilling to pay the $45.00 or have a criminal record or current criminal activity. No pets allowed. Monthly rent of $850.00 and $800 cleaning/damage deposit which is refundable after end of lease subject to deductions costs for any cleanup and damage repairs, if applicable. The rent is due on the first day of the month.
