I have a private bedroom for rent: $1000 with utilities included. It is located in the Downtown St Augustine area (Anastasia Island), near Sarbez (Arricola Ave). It is a safe and nice neighborhood, walking distance to local attractions, colleges, restaurants, downtown St Augustine, hospitals, and a 7-minute drive to the local beaches.
You will be sharing the common areas with other roommates. You will share two bathrooms, a kitchen, a washer and dryer in the unit, a living room area furnished, dining area (furnished), a big backyard, plenty of parking, and a great location. 24/7 security cameras outside the property and lawn maintenance are included as well. 1-year lease. You must pass a background check and provide a DL and source of income: first month ($1000) and security deposit ($1000). The roommates are single adults 30 years and up, that passed an extensive background check. Females a and Male, all very clean and organized. The majority are downtown workers. Se habla español
