The room is available now. You will love this room! It is huge and it stays nice and cool since it is in the basement. Unfortunately, it does not have a private bathroom. Only one person allowed per room. All utilities are included. Six guys live here now and it will be 7 when this room is filled. I pay a housekeeper to come clean the entire house once a month, so the house does not get too dirty. Fast unlimited Wi-Fi internet, washer & dryer, TV in upstairs living room. I always give the deposit back if I can tell you made an effort to clean the room when you move out and give proper notice. No pets or smoking. Must pass a background check, which is $45.
