Month to month available. You will love this room!! It is huge (11x13 feet, not including the closet) and it stays nice and cool since it is in the basement. Unfortunately, it does not have a private bathroom. Only one person allowed per room. Seven guys will live in this house. You can easily fit a full-size couch, queen-size bed and set up a living room in the room if you want to. All utilities are included. I pay a housekeeper to come clean the entire house once a month, so the house does not get to dirty. Fast unlimited WIFI internet, washer & dryer, TV in upstairs living room. I always give the deposit back if I can tell you made an effort to clean the room when you move out and give proper notice. No pets or smoking. Must pass a background check, which is $55.
