I am seeking two roommates for my townhouse. The rooms available are:

First-floor room: 11x12, furnished with a sliding closet. Rent is $950/month.

Second-floor room: 11x12, unfurnished with a built-in closet. Rent is $1,000/month.

The shared bathroom is located on the second floor and will be shared by both rooms. The kitchen and common areas are fully furnished and equipped for use. Street parking is available for free, and garage parking is available for an additional $100/month. Move-in date is flexible, but I am hoping to fill the rooms as soon as possible.

The unit is:

Non-smoking (including no vaping or weed)
No pets allowed
No shoes inside the house

The house is shared by two responsible young professionals in our early 30s who enjoy maintaining a clean and minimalist space. A standard background check will be conducted through TurboTenant.
