this unit is fully furnished and includes all utilities and it comes with a one-car garage. It has its own mini AC unit and gas fireplace and it has a kitchenette with, two burners, and small refrigerators there is no oven, but there is an air fryer and a microwave oven

this unit is ideal for one adult or at most 2 adults, it is not suitable for children or older adults, there are steps and a tub in the bathroom
