Application process consists of rental, income, and employment verification and running of background checks.

Approved Pets will be required to pay $35 Pet Rent per pet.

The household income has to be more than 3X the cost of the rent. ($2700 monthly)

Applications are $55 per person 18 and over in the home. This fee covers background checks, credit reports, rental history, and employment verification. Applicants must have excellent rental references and no evictions in the last five years.

No Rottweilers, Dobermans, or Bully Breeds!! Our insurance will not allow them.
