This is a quiet house, good place for studying or resting after work. All utilities are included. Free superfast Fios Gigabit internet. Light cooking preferred, full access to washer & dryer. You always have parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house. Room will be furnished as shown. Private room with shared bathroom (with 2 nice male professionals).
I am looking for a single person who respects other people, no pet, no smoking inside the house, no guests. Keeping quiet and cleaning up after yourself are expected. I can accept month-to-month but one-month deposit is required when moving in. The required length of stay is 6 months or more.
