You'll be approximately 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Little Rock. The local hospitals are all between 4-7 miles away. The "Pettaway Square," is roughly a thousand feet from the home, & there you will find an AMAZING coffee/pastry shoppe, microbrewery, book store, an upscale barber shop, barber supplies, & grab one of the best burgers in town, from the AMAZING food truck called "Smashed & Stacked" that's on site Wednesday-Sunday! There are some other great local restaurants nearby that I'd love to recommend as well!!! Lawn maintenance is included.
Just pack your luggage & bring the family, & your dog, or you can stay here solo!!
