The covered front porch is a perfect place to enjoy the sunrise over the canopy of live oak trees in the morning with coffee with the back screened porch facing west giving you the spectrum of colors through the clouds during sunset in the evenings. Oak Island features several public boat and kayaking launches within 10-15 minutes of this property. The town features a small floating dock two blocks over to the west, which is perfect for catching a view of wildlife or dropping in a line for some recreational fishing. Visit Middleton Park, located by the town hall for public playgrounds, pickleball/tennis courts, splash-pad, or an outdoor concert during the Summer.
