Pepperwood

Pepperwood Apartments, located within walking distance from Cal State University, Fullerton, and a nearby optometry school. We are a small apartment community with less than 100 units. Our gated community area houses 2 and 3 bedrooms or Studio apartments. Considering rental costs for the area, Pepperwood is a bargain. Property is maintained very well. There is a community "feel" as a resident, since property is not owned by a Management group, but privately owned. Manager lives and works on site and is quick to assist renters. There is adequate parking and many of our residents are long-time renters.
