*No felonies in the last 5 years
*No crimes against children, regardless of the age of the crime
*No sex offenders, regardless of the age of the crime
*No violent felonies, regardless of the age of the crime
Security deposit starts at 1 Months Rent and can increase depending on credit and rental history. Properties with rent under $795 could be subject to a lower security deposit.
