Quiet residential area. There are four cabins on a large lot so you will have neighbors. Located in Kasilof approx. 14 miles from Soldotna and 18 miles from Kenai.

Rent includes fuel oil heat (Toyo stove), water, garbage pickup, snow removal and sales tax. Renter is responsible for electric bill (all appliances are electric) and phone/internet/satellite TV if wanted.
